"R.R.W. 30 - Maia"
At the Ranch Rescue Warriors Foundation, we believe that every dog deserves a second chance at a happy and fulfilling life. That's why we are dedicated to providing aid through funding to Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherd dogs that have been victims of abuse or neglect.
Allow us to introduce you to Maia, a 2-3 year old Belgian Malinois out of the defunct Malinois Ranch Rescue, she is another one of the miracle dogs saved from that place. When the place was shut down and dogs taken, she hugged one of her rescuers as she was happy to finally be safe. Much like the rest of the stories we are going to share she is in need of medical help. She is heartworm positive probably from being outside in a kennel at the ranch. Thriving in her new environment despite the horrible treatment she recieved there this amazing dog was and is a delight to those around her.
Fighting heartworms among other things isn't easy for any dog, but with the help of angels she is doing better. From transporting her to fostering her, getting this beautiful pup out of that hellish place to see her light shine through is nothing short of amazing. The on going care of dogs like her is why we formed this foundation. She needs our help as do so many others coming from neglectful situations.
